Kir Reel is an electronic musician and live performer whose sound brings together the spatial depth of dub techno, hypnotic rhythms and the drive of high-tempo mental/tribe. Working with a modular synthesizer and samplers, he develops his music through repetition, gradual timbral changes and shifting accents. Odd meters add tension while preserving a danceable groove. His music has been released on Retrigg Records, Ubertrend Records and Resonance.
